Friendly staff. Delightful hotel. Very comfortable room (506). Spacious bathroom. Excellent underground parking facilities. Centrally located for sightseeing.
Elevator was small and slightly claustrophobic.
Overall: Comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed Annecy and hope to return ... when it's not raining! We will definitely stay at The Carlton. (107273666)
