We had difficulty booking on line and thought we had booked 2 rooms for a family of 5.After travelling for 8 hours we were greeted by an extremely rude receptionist who told us that the hotel was fully booked ,which it certainly did not appear to be judging by the number of cars in the car park early the next morning, and she made us feel that we had really caused a problem.We were left with no other option than to accept the 2 rooms plus a camp bed that she offered us,as we had no other available hotel and were concerned that as she had our credit card details money would be taken off our credit card anyway.
The room tempereature was overbearing so much so that we did not sleep at all during the night and found difficulty in breathing.We had the small windows open but this did not help :we have 2 asthmatics in our family and we were worried about them with the heat causing problems with their breathing.We had to have the windows open but had to listen to a dog barking continuously outside the window.
We had hoped to have a restful night as we had a further 8 hours journey home the next day but were left exhausted and it certainly spoiled what had been a wonderful holiday spent in the Camargue.
Overall: Appauling treatment by the receptionist and unbearable temperature conditions in the hotel rooms. (108059488)

it was in a quite location even though a main road was close by and easily accessable into the centre of troyes by car
the accomadation was clean but dated and tired the bathroom in paticular. The hot water was only tepid for a shower in the morning.
Overall: If you are looking for cheap accommadation in a city location this hotel is for you. Troyes itself is a beautiful place with very old timber buildings and really needs a couple of days to see and appreciate it. (99735027)
