location and helpful staff

Clean newly refurbished toilets,friendly staff

Some staff did not understand english.

Overall: Convenient location,easy access.Rooms a bit small but good enough.ROoms are clean,toilets newly refurbished.Hotel staff friendly though a few are not proficient in english which may cause problems.  (97665949)

Overall: The lift was extremely small in this hotel, it was barely big enough for 2 people, let alone their luggage, but apart from that the accommodation was clean and nice and the staff were friendly.  (99989518)

The friendlines of the hosts. The free access to an internet terminal in the lobby was conveniant.

The view on the dirty backyard, the building construction at the facade.

Overall: The hotel offered a very pleasant stay, ideally situated near a metro station (metro is only 10 euro/ 3days!), very helpfull and friendly people in the hotel. Pitty that the view from the room was an ugly alley.  (99790013)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
