Price; it was warm and clean; wonderful views from balcony.

As it was a hotel, we didn't expect to have to request linen and make our own beds up. Towels were not automatically supplied either. A light was broken in the bedroom.

Overall: The website did not make it clear what was supplied and, when I rang your helpline, I was told that it is a hotel and so I should expect beds to be made and towels supplied. It would be easy to clarify this and so we were disappointed.  (97010096)

El aislamiento y la tranquilidad.

El hecho de que si llegas fuera de horario no puedas tener acceso a ningun tipo de servicio extra,.. sabanas, toallas,... Tendria que quedar mas claro en el momento de hacer la reserva y preguntar si se desea este servicio o no.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
