The hotel provided very basic but very clean accomodation.
Although the staff member who dealt with us on checkout was very friendly and professional, other members who we dealt with were very impolite and abrupt.
Overall: The accomodation provided a pleasant clean environment for our stay. Although the comfort of the room was not optimal, it was adequate for the duration of our stay. The staff could have improved this for example, by providing an extra pillow for each bed rather than us having four beds and two extra pillows. In addition, some members of the reception staff could have made more of an effort to be polite, however, the woman who handled our checkout was more than professional. Having stayed in Paris many times before, this hotel was in a great location for access to the Montmatre and Pigalle areas, and excellent access to the metro system. Hotel provided good value for money. (97404586)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
