The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly, if a bit thin on the ground. The bar was very poorly stocked. The tram stopped right outside the door, which was handy.
I booked two non smoking rooms and although the room my friend and I had was fine, the other room smelled strongly of tobacco. I didn't know until the day we were leaving, otherwise I would have complained and asked for another.
Overall: On the whole we were happy that we got what we paid for. For a longer stay I would have paid more for 4 or 5 stars but for a two day visit to the Christmas market this suited us admirably. (107809165)

Very nice room with good views acroos town
Difficult to avoid splashing water from shower over floor.
Breakfast on Subday morning was very busy

Location of hotel good with easy transport links to centre. Very clean facilities.
Breakfast was chaotic, customers had to ask for everything, tables weren't cleared quickly so nowhere to sit, they ran out of orange juice and breakfast tea bags and at one point cups. Reception check out was poor a member of staff was on the phone to a friend and it was evident we were an inturuption she didn't need.
