facilities/location very good all staff very pleasant, have stayed in disney hotels & felt this was better.
we stayed in top floor yet the windows opened fully, could not believe how dangerous this was. the windom was easily accessible from the bed.
Please sort before something terrible happens. Breakfast very average.
Overall: Only 1 night is hard to tell but satified with experience (107594347)

clean ,friendly, well organised- shuttle service returning to hotel queue barriers should be put in place to avoid crush
room lighting ,hair dryer

Good facilities for children, especially the swimming pool and waterslides.
Chaotic breakfast.
Noisy fan in bedroom.

your exchange rate GB pounds to euros was extortionate having the monopoly on all things i think ACTUAL exchange rates would be in order. more variety in the breakfast fruit please, having only melon available is unfortunate if do not like melon

Prices for food, drink quite expensive compared to Ireland. Staff on bus transfer to disneyland (Pink Bus no. 54) very ignorant and non-receptive towards tourists

the themed reception area is very attractive
I found the general open areas of the hotel cold possibly due to the large glass areas and the fact that the weather was very bad.
Overall: Make sure you have directions to the hotel as our map was poor and we got lost 10km from the hotel in the middle of the night. Also We had the buffet meal in the hotel at 9 oclock by which time the food was not as hot as I would have liked it, and the restuarant area was cold and empty. There was no shower cap in the bathroom which I found irritating as I could have brought one. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus to and from Disney is excellent. (97816600)
