First Room - Too hot - had to open the windows every few hours to sleep with no covers on (in October). No air con working (staff said in the morning they turn it off). Shower leaked. Toilet blocked. Next to a lift. When asked for 2 extra pillows rudely told by staff only one pillow per person, sleep well and then hung up! Second room - discolouration on walls and ceiling tiles. Too hot in rooms and corridor, it was cold outside (10C) yet I would say 30C in the rooms. Shower went from scalding to freezing at random every few seconds throughout a shower.

Overall: Poor upkeep and staff attitude, wouldn't go back.  (108804784)

We were very impressed with this hotel. The room and service were great. We went on a weekend and the line for breakfast (which was great) was long and getting on the shuttle was a bit of an ordeal with a baby stroller and an inconsiderate crowd. Despite these things we really enjoyed our stay and felt it was a great deal.

It was a wonderful experience staying at the hotel and it was really convenient with the shuttle bus provided.

Value for money for families. Good location - Just 10 minutes by a regular free shuttle to the theme parks.

Canteen style facilities - very 'Tom's Caff'. They want you in, they want you out!

Overall: All the hotels in the vicinity of Disneyland Paris are clones of one-another.  (108575209)
