This is an exc3ellent hotel. We had what was termed a luxury apartment and it was excellent with 3 bedrooms all with comfortable beds or bunks and a well fitted lounge/kitchen/diner with balcony overlooking the lake. Stunning views and we are very tempted to return for a summer break when this venue will be at its best. Would definately use again

As it is on the Annecy to Albertville road we were unable to find anywhere for a walk away from this road but this might just be because our time was limited

Overall: When we arrived at the hotel the check-in procedures were Excellent, it was when we got to our room was when we found out that we had no running water. The hotel sent a plumber over immediately to try and resolve the situation. Twenty minutes later i got a call from the front desk saying that there was an upgradable room that was open. That was great. the staff was eager and as well as happy to resolve the problems, which overall made my stay much more enjoyable.  (97776497)

Provided all the facilities we required with good views of the lake and mountains.

Overall: Although being much travelled, we could not fault the facilities, the lakeside situation, the relaxing ambience of the whole package. The staff were especially helpfull, pleasant in everyway and understanding. The onsite restaurant (but not associated with the hotel) had a limited menu for health conscious clients, but there are quality restaurants close-by.  (99231425)

Excellent view of the the lake, couldn't be better! the reception was very helpful and patient.

Have to keep pressing the hot water button in the bathroom to have steady supply of hot water. No hairdryer.

Overall: It'd hv been good to know the equipment available in the kitchen so we could hv brought some household items such as dishwashing liquid. Good thing there was a Casino supermarket nearby, otherwise we'd hv to buy from the reception. We also didn't know that the hot water supply was limited so after we washed the dinner dishes in lukewarm water there was none left for bathing.  (99107337)

emplacement agréable au bord du lac d'Annecy personnel sympathique

salle de petit déjeuner un peu juste en taille par rapport aux nombreuses personnes qui y déjeunaient.
