Secure gated parking, which is a bonus considering location. 2 min walk to harbour where there is plenty of places to eat.
Room was a bit basic, no restaurant on site
Overall: If you are looking for an overnight stop near Nice then this should suffice (97683560)

the balcony and size of room
air conditioning not very good. no shower curtain so bathroom got very wet

( gentile e disponibile )
- pulizia scarsa della terrazza;(poi sollecitamente ovviata, dopo segnalazione)
- safe difettoso ( contrattempo,riparato alla meglio )
- difficoltà per ottenere la linea telefonica verso l'esterno (contrattempo poi ovviato)
- assenza di allacciamento al canale EUROsport
