Easy to find, staff friendly and helpful, room was fine for our purposes

Little bit limited in selection at breakfast, tiny lift, could have been cleaner

Overall: good for what we wanted, would use again but probably only as a stop over  (107432661)

The staff were very pleasant and helpful (and they let me practice my French on them!) The room's, even though small were clean and evrything was in good order. For a 2 star hotel it was more than I was expecting.

France seems to be closed on Sunday -not the hotels fault -but I was a little dissapointed that we could not get a late breakfast at the hotel. We could not find anywhere to eat before getting on our next 2 planes and did not get a chance to eat (non plane food) until the evening.

Overall: If you are only needing a base to put your case and head then this is a good place to do it from - near the train and city centre. If you go to a hotel to stay in your room then you may find it too small and not very well equiped (no tea and coffe facility). The tv has only French channels (no satellite English or English speaking ones so you can't catch up with foreign news - if that's your thing). However, we needed a base and was only in the hotel to sleep so had a very pleasant stay with very nice staff - tres bien et merci.  (99915091)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
