Perfect location for the Left Bank, Rue Mouffetard, St Germain, nice room with large window. Very clean and all facilities provided for, including extra pillows, very friendly and helpful staff at reception - for the price this is surely one of the best hotels in Paris!

the bed smelt mouldy it was rather sickening, it was noisy at night someone had their television on very loud(I know this not really down to the hotel staff)
Overall: very poor indeed, I know it`s only a basic hotel but I wouldn`t even give it one star

Radiator in bedroom on full all night and couldn't be turned off. Only ventilation was via double doors to balcony which were either fully opened or fully closed. Fully open not an option due to draught and road noise. Hence didn't sleep well as room was so hot.

Great spot, near metro bars cafes etc: Nice staff very helpful.
Very run down. 2 stars is about right.
Overall: Yes its a bit of a dump. But lets get real, for what your paying its good value for money. Rooms are basic, bit of a groty bathroom etc, but staff are nice. Lets be honest, you are paying for the location. You wont get a better spot for the money you pay. Right next to a metro, lots of cafes bars etc, but still not noisy enough to bother you at nights. If like us, you got up in the morning, went around Paris, got back about 11.00pm each night after getting something to eat, great.
