Worn out bedding,needed to ask staff to provide clean sheets.
Hotel could not produce plug for sink.Very basic accommodation.

Camera piccola ma gradevole, apprezzata la presenza del condizionatore considerate le temperature del periodo.
Il bagno posizionato nell'ingresso e privo di porta tra lo stesso e la camera,
assenza di qualsiasi sitema di aspirazione!!

Hotel in der Altstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe des römischen Theaters. Zimmer funktional und ordentlich. Das Personal war teilweise (zumindest am Morgen der Abreise) freundlich.
Hotel bei Anreise mit Auto nicht zu empfehlen. Kaum erreichbar mit PKW, kein naheliegender Parkplatz. Unfreundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft. Bei Sprach- und Buchungsproblemen keine Verständigung in Englisch oder Deutsch möglich (oder auch nicht gewollt).
Buchungssystem erlaubte nicht, 3-Bett-/Familienzimmer direkt zu buchen, obwohl im Hotel angeboten. Daher buchte ich 2 x je ein Doppelzimmer und schrieb unter Anmerkungen (engl. und franz.!) bei einem der Zimmer, dass ein 3-Bett-Zimmer oder Doppelzimmer mit Extrabett benötigt werde. Trotzdem standen bei Ankunft nur 2 Doppelzimmer zur Verfügung. Keine rechtzeitige vorherige Rückfrage wegen Unklarheit. Extrazimmer musste für 70 € in einem anderen Hotel dazu gebucht und gezahlt werden. Wenigstens wurde die Buchung durch die Rezeption vorgenommen.
Overall: Orange und das römische Theater ist jedenfalls eine Besichtigung wert, auch wenn die Umstände der Übernachtung ärgerlich waren. (108580462)

leurs bagages,vc'est vraiment trop juste.
