Pleasant hotel, very friendly & helpful reception staff
Everything worked in the room; good aircon (essential for Paris in summer)
Good location for the 5th & 13th areas, away from the crowds & only short walk to the metro.
Small room, dark & poor lighting, no storage space.
No lock on the inside of the door & No "do not disturb" signs - cleaners walk in whenever they feel like it, therefore no privacy.
Very short & uncomfortable bed, no good if your any taller than 5'8", your feet stick out!
Worst aspect was the cleaners/maids have to be the noisiest staff ever!
Dont expect to sleep in (or do naked stuff) in your room beyond 7am - the cleaners will be clanking their stuff around, vacuuming & banging on doors for the next 4 hours.

Great position, friendly helpful staff and it is a non-smoking venue which we appreciated.
Overall: We received a very good welcome, with maps and advice about where to go. Staying at thsi hotel was a very pleasnt experience. (99616484)
