Rooms were clean and tidy and the 'themed' approach was certainly different. Rooms also quiet and undisturbed
Hotel locked up on arrival at 21:00hrs; no response from contact numbers given nor at Restaurant 100m away (other contact point if closed; ret. also closed!). No-one available to allocate room so colleague and I had to sort through keys and find rooms that were ready for occupation. Rooms booked on basis of late arrival (business guests).
Overall: Generally, if the reception issue had been different then it would have been much higher rated. (107611333)
