Bright, pleasant & clean.
Not enough pillows!
Overall: Again Active Hotels got it wrong & did not forward my request for a disabled room. The staff were very helpful & I got a ground floor room. But it puts the staff in a very awkward position when they have to start changing rooms. This hotel was much better than the Balladins. (97403171)
The staff were freindly, the rooms clean and the food good, all at a very reasonable rate.
The bar shut too early!!!!!!
Overall: We were en route to the South of France and needed overnight accommodation at short notice. My wife booked the accommodation on the internet and we arrived three hours later. The rooms were ready and we were expected, the bar was open and we were just in time for the evening meal. What a result!! Many thanks (99804657)
