Friendliness of staff excellent dinner - in fact fantastic

Overall: I would stay here again great hotel - great location excellent dinner Hotel staff made sure we had a park The hotel was nearly full and considering that it was a quiet night  (107159565)

Very lovely receptionist!

This hotel will be fully renovated between November and April, and even staff admit this is necessary: the rooms are tiny and in desperate need of updating, beds are falling apart, toiletbowls have cracks in them etc...The walls were also very thin, so we could hear everybody walk past, as these were usually teenagers on their very first pilgrimage/vacation this was a REAL problem!

Overall: We came to Lourdes on a family pilgrimage and didn't spend much time in the rooms, so it was bearable...It would be interesting to see the hotel again after the 'face-lift!'  (97144466)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
