Position is good for both the old town and the more modern shops/supermarket.
Free safe in the room and a mini bar and most needed air con. The family room was in fact 2 separate rooms ie. 2 bathrooms with own individual doors and then a main door which sections both rooms together. Good price compared to others on offer. 10 min walk from station.
Not a lot of storage space in rooms and view from rear is of a whole block of flats and from the front is typical of a side road but not high rise. Breakfast was a bit too pricey at 11 euros per person though I don't know what was included as we did not partake.
Overall: A good, clean hotel for a short stay in Annecy (say 2-3 nights.)Staff were friendly and could speak English. (97799644)
