the staff were very friendly,with a nice atmosphere and the room had a big window which you could sit and watch time go by from!fab
couldn't get into the room easily;the locks were a bit baffling,however not sure that was a bad thing!!!
Overall: the stay was awesome; views from the hotel are well worth it and the room was comfortable. The facilities were very good, however the hotel was about 1km from the town. I think we were not fully prepared for the walk in, although in such a great location does this matter? (97266572)

Suite à ma réservation en ligne j'ai passé 1h au téléphone pour savoir si ma réservation avait bien été faite car ni l'hotel ni la centrale de réservation ne retrouvait de trace de ma réservation !

How do I add a rating?

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
