Armadio troppo piccolo (poco profondo) e la vernice del muro interno ha macchiato le giacche che ho riposto all'interno.
Overall: Non è specificato da nessuna parte che la tariffa offerta escludeva la colazione e al check-in, il personale non ha specificato che la colazione comportava un costo aggiuntivo di Euro 14,00. Solo dopo la consumazione mi è stato presentato un foglio da firmato con scritto €14,00. (108860345)

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

How do I add a rating?

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
