The Location, a comfortable bed, WiFi internet access.
The bathroom facilities. Not enough water pressure in shower, bath too small.
Overall: When staying in Paris, espescially for the location, you don't spend much time in the hotel. The most imprtant thing though is to have a good, clean bathroom. Hotels should focus more on this aspect especially if seeking 3 star or above ratings. Overall though - comfortable and helpful, honest staff - recommended. (99193223)

The situation being so close to the Metro. We were only in Paris for 3 nights so we were able to visit all major tourist attractions.
Only the price due to the difference in our dollar value. It is double the price coming from NZ
Overall: Great location, very clean and tidy. Very friendly and helpful staff - although 2 of 4 didn't speak very good English which the hotel advertises. As far as Paris value goes, I would rate this hotel as value for money. I'm not sure if the on-line system differentiates between twin and double. I thought I had booked a twin but the hotel only had twin/double on the booking sheet. The only critisizm of the room would be that half of the window was covered with a piece of hardboard(outside) maybe due to maintanence - it wasn't a particularly light room in the first place. Hôtel situé juste à côté d'une station de métro dans une rue calme, très appréciable à Paris. Accueil agréable, cadre sympathique.
