clean efficient hotel with helpful staff. Good location
Lift v poor and rooms a little shabby. Wardrobe space poor. Satelite TV should be considered and a kettle!!!

Linnen and towels were clean but very old.
Staff unfriendly, orange curtains and bedspread were so old and dirty. They had seen better days.
Overall: I worked in travel and tourism for many years in Europe and have stayed in many budget hotels. I feel that I could mark this hotel 3 out of 10. I think (I could be wrong)but the cleaning staff or their friends were staying in the 2 bedrooms next to me and the cigarette smell on the balcony kept wafting through to our room, plus their loud talking at night when we wanted to sleep. The balcony (the people who were smoking) was a disgrace, stubs everywhere from the cigerrettes. I wanted to say something to them but as I am a women and they were men I felt for my saftey and that is not good on a vacation. I always try to look at things posative but this hotel didn't have much in that area. The tiny roof pool was very clean but again so tiny and you really wouldn't want to or could spend much time up there. I feel that this hotel could turn itself round but I can't see it ever happening. I would always tell my friends family and colleagues to avoid Citea as this must be their level all over and there are so many much better hotel groups out their to spen your money with. Oh finally on our floor we had a vent outside our bedroom on the corridor and it must have been something to do with the local restraunt as every night the smellof Chinese food. Not nice when you just want to walk to your bedroom not stink of food outlet, yuk. (97163052)

Being self-sufficient, superbly modern bathroom facilities, clean, good value, well situtated, internet connection.
