good bed, nice room, not overdone, not too cramped, correct bathroom of which you can close the door, good bed lights
darkish carpet on the floor looked smudgy. To pay 7 euros for a cup of coffee when in many hotels, even only one or two stars, you can make a cup of coffee in your room or buy one at an inhouse price.
Overall: I did not appreciate that we were asked to pay immediately upon setting foot in the reception area. We had given our credit card number as a safety precaution at our online reservation. The trust in a business deal must come from both sides. Fortunately this was corrected by the manager who allowed me to go and see the room first before paying, but the procedure did take me aback at first. I would certainly have taken a cup of coffee which we badly needed on arrival in another place or in another way but really, these are details. We found the place easily, the room was nice, breakfast correct, staff friendly, and the carpets were not as unclean as we had feared reading other customers' comments. Though I must say that those dark carpets in the corridors and room did not look very fresh. May be if one day they need to be changed, choose a lighter colour? Also it is good to know beforehand what toiletries you put in the room. (This is NOT a criticism that there weren't apart from soap) Often I bring shampoo and it is not needed, for there is a good quality bath and shower gel/shampoo dispenser or individual portions available. This time there wasn't so I was pleased I had thought of bringing a bit more toiletries than usual. (97535821)

Overall: we went as a surprise anniversary gift for my wife looked at the pics of hotel and were stunning not what we saw when we arrived holes in walls pipes and cables on show very bad smell as you went from reception to dining room excrament on tiles in our toilet in bedroom broken tiles off side of bath water was cold throughout our stay and we were charged 3 differant pricesfor a bottle of cocacola first was 2 euros 30 c next was 3euro 10c then it was 4euro a bottle we were ripped off as we were charged the 4 euros for most of our drinks if i had known that there was maintenance works going on i would not have booked the hotel. and they foned us a taxi to euro disney 15 euro on the way got our own taxi back which took the same route 9 euros apart from that had a lovely time made best of it and i am no PRUDE AND CERTAINLY NOT PICKY just pi..ed off by end of it (97139838)

Having the children in a room next door, the outside courtyard, and one member of staff was very helpful.
The hotel was in a very run down condition, the rooms had a strong smell, the whole hotel needs a refurbish.
Overall: Overall the hotel was adequate but as I said it is badly in need of a refurbish. (99287112)
