Public areas beautifully decorated, situation of Hotel was pretty
NO tea/coffee making facilities in the room.- and mini bar was short on some items which were not replaced even though we did let reception know at once. NO Wifi in rooms.
Overall: Hotel was quite tricky to find -even with GPS. A beautiful setting for the hotel but we felt the price was high even though we got your special deal.

The hotel was charming, the location excellent; beautiful grounds, beside the sea, 2 swimming pools, dinner in the hotel was very good. We had lunch in the Golf Club adjacent to the hotel and this is also a very nice place with a very good standard of food. This part of the region is not very touristy as mostly French holiday in this section. The local architecture of holiday homes was of a very high standard and the French keep their gardens extremely well. Very safe area. 10 mins from the airport.
Rooms are a little on the small side but were comfortable with good views. Given that there are no shops near by, complimentary water should be available in the room. I would also like to see better deals for a week stay rather than paying nightly rates. You need a car to get around but the positives more than make up for any negatives.
Overall: The hotel and location surpassed expectations; the website didn't do it adequate justice. Its not for those who want plenty of night life, its more aimed towards those who want to be in nice surroundings & avail of all the local activities, eg golf, swimming, jogging, walking, cycling, surfing/body boarding etc. No flash cash was evident in this area - this was also a major plus!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.The area surrounding the hotel was excellent and being near to the beach was great for walking.
The lack of light in the room caused problems if you wanted to read,more lamps especially in the winter time.
Overall: Overall we enjoyed our stay very much,we had excellent food and lovely surroundings. A car is definately needed at certain times as the public transport is lacking ,I feel this should be something that is made clear to visitors.

Situation is great, the hotel is very clean, and efficient and the staff are very friendly.New year's eve meal was wonderful. It was great to be able to take our 2 small dogs.
Dim lighting in room, no toiletries, small rooms and towels, could not see in which way our superior room was superior.
Overall: Would like to have had the e-mail address of hotel and to know whether or not suites were available and size of rooms. The hotel is very well run and we had a super time. With just a few minor adjustments it could gain another star.

La situación es muy buena y es comodo
Nos parecio muy feo que nos exigieran pagar toda la estancia por adelantado nada más llegar (no lo habiamos visto nunca); aunque finalmente no lo pagamos hasta el último día. Debería informar más claramente que estaras en una residencia y no un hotel
Overall: El entorno del hotel es muy agradable, aunque necesitaría alguna rehabilitación.
