view out of the window!
quite noisy in the late evening,ie:people getting showers.
the 'flies' entering the room as soon as the windows were opened!
Overall: the staff were very friendy and accomodating,we did not speak much french and manageress was very good and conversed with us in english the evening meals were excellent and good value for money although the hotel rooms need updating it is is in a lovely, peaceful location (99407168)

Convenient location in nice old building in small hamlet
Very basic, disinterested staff
Overall: The sign outside saying recommended for backpackers just about sums up this hotel. Accommodation is very basic. The rooms are clean but that's about al you can say. There's a bar but it only ever seemed to be open in the morning for locals. Breakfast room was full of flies, and breakfast - consisting of one croissant, one roll, butter, jam, orange juice and coffee - was plonked down on the table in front of us without so much as a bonjour. What a contrast with our next stay at a B&B run by an English couple where, for the same price, we had a large luxurious room, a fantastic spread for breakfast and friendly welcoming hosts.
