Great staff - very friendly and helpful at reception and restaurant. Adjoining bedrooms were great for kids to sleep (called an apartment). Rooms were a good size.
Toilet smelled very bad in 301. Carpet in Room 301 near right hand headboard smelled bad. Cost of breakfast did not justify selection available and we were fully charged for the kids (3yrs and 2yrs) who ate hardly anything. No childrens menu for dinner.
Overall: I would stay again if I needed to, but I will search for somewhere else for better value first. (108312405)

Restaurant was closed on Sunday night (and on Saturdays, apparently!) and the local town was not able to offer any alternative. This issue was not made clear at time of booking and I would not have booked this hotel (or any others) if I had known that the restaurant was closed for the night of my stay.
Overall: Nothing wrong with the physical or personal view of the hotel, other than the need for an evening meal apon our arrival (97805602)
The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable.
There was some miscommunication related to room availability versus my reservation. I had confirmation of having booked a two-room apartment, but upon arrival, I found that they had only reserved one room. However, the hotel staff was very prompt in correcting the mistake.
Overall: Our stay was enjoyable and the hotel staff was very accomodating and courteous. There was ample parking, and the location near the center of Louviers allowed us to explore the heart of the town with ease. The restaurant provided a delicious menu, and the breakfast buffet offered in the morning was a good value. The wireless Internet access signal could've been stronger, and coverage throughout our suite was a bit spotty, but it was still fairly reliable and quite convenient. (hint: be sure to obtain the wireless Internet access code from the front desk, as there is no hint of it in the room itself). Overall, we were very happy with our experience at Le Pre Saint Germain.
