The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby and restauraunt were clean,inviting and cheery.
The hallways and elevator were a little dingy.
Overall: We were very pleased with the hotel in general. We were surprised that we had to pay extra for our breakfast. The ad on the internet lead me to beleive that it was included in the price of the room. We really liked the fact that it was right next to the metro line and it was so easy to get into Paris. All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.
How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
