1st night - allowed to check in one hour earlier as we were very tired
2nd night's stay - room was nicer and brighter
1st night's stay - room was dark as lighting was poor, bathroom was not as clean
2nd night's stay - was not given enough toilet tissue and owner declined to provide another roll - toilet was very dirty and not cleaned after last occupant and owner declined to get it clean despite our request

The room was very clean and larger than I anticipated and I was glad to see there was a fridge which was unexpected. The hotel was off the main shopping street and close to the SNCF station.
Overall: The hotel was easy to find as it was just off the main shopping street and tram route. It was also very close to the station and numerous bus stops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room clean and tidy and cleaned regularly throughout my stay. It was also fairly close to the local Monoprix and there was a small supermarket just down the road. I would stay there again. (97591201)

Very friendly and informative staff. close to station.good start to holiday.
Breakfast could be slightly better.
Overall: We were made to feel very welcome. My dodgy french was looked upon kindly. When asked about good restaurants the manager was particularly helpful and knowledgeable. (99842085)
