Staff were helpful, hotel is situated in a very good central location.
The carpet on the stairs and in our room was a disgrace - old and dirty. The bathroom needs refurbishing and the towels were small and thin. The room was very small.
Overall: The hotel is in an excellent spot. Despite being in a busy location the room was fairly quiet. The inside of the hotel is badly in need of refurbishing - carpet and decor are worn-out and rather sad and the bathroom, although clean, also needs updating. Having said which, the sheets on our bed were changed after two days, we were given clean towels (albeit small and thin) every day, as well as fresh toiletries and the room and bathroom were clean.
