Very clean bedroom and premises.
It lacked atmosphere. The extra charge for breakfast was OTT.
The private secure car park was a bonus even with the charge.
Overall: This hotel is centrally located for the War Museum and provides clean and hospitable accommodation at a reasonable price. (97495309)

Big room, clean sheets, clean bathroom, arriving at midnight not a problem
no shower curtain or closure, no car parking, breakfast not included and of a cost of 10 Euro which of course my 5 year old could never eat for that amount.
Overall: on the hotel descriptin it said that children under 12 are free of charge when they stay with your parents but with an additional bed. I booked a triple room and therefore payed for my 5 year old child. (97560506)

The Room was very spacious and clean
Overall: Very quiet hotel, almost too quiet. Only a handful of other guests. However it is a nice quaint hotel and in a lovely location for a wander around the town square and close to the War Museum which is well worth visiting. Good food in the restuarant and nice breakfast. (97876659)

Spacious room
No shower curtain - this prevented us using the shower. The cover over the bathroom light was missing, exposing bulbs & wiring - potentially dangerous.
Overall: The bar & restaurant were closed - it seemed the hotel was seriously short-staffed. When I mentioned the shortcomings of the accommodation at Reception, they were acknowledged, but nothing was done. We stayed in three different venues during our trip, and this one was the most expensive and the least satisfactory. At the end of a long day, having a shower is one of the most basic amenities I would have expected in a *** hotel. Having said all this, the staff I did encounter at Reception were perfectly polite and friendly. (97991244)
