Very clean and tidy - overall very much better than I expected
Poor noise insulation between floors
Overall: Good budget hotel if you are only staying one or two nights in Lourdes The kitchenette is a good idea (108097306)

Overall the accomodation was good. Good size apartment. Kitchen facillities were a great help.
Lack of kettle in kitchen. Laundry facillities were not working.
Overall: Generally we liked the 2 apartments. We would have appreciated an electric kettle in the kitchen. Laundry facillities were not available during our stay which meant we had to find a launderette to enable us to wash clothes. We would also have appreciated if breakfast had been included in the cost. (97969282)

sono0 stato avvertito telefonicamente che avrei trovato le chiavi in cassaaforte e tutto ha funzionato a puntino.
L'unico puntoi negativo se vogliamo chiamarlo così è l'indicazione dell'ora d'inizio della prima colazione che è alle ore 7,30 anziché alle ore 7.00.

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
