The food was excellent, the staff very pleasant and co-operative and the room perfectly adequate.

The bed was not the most comfortable we have slept on, nor was it very big. I hope nobody breaks their neck falling down the very threadbare stair carpet!

Overall: Situated in a delightful village, this was, by far, the best experience we have had staying in France in that area as a stopover travelling to Switzerland.  (108578944)

Hotel was clean. Restaurant food was good and fairly priced. Service was good. The village is pretty and generally well kept.

Laminate flooring spoiled the charm. Walls were studding...could easily hear next room's "bathroom activities". Space restricted. Window was velox with view of kitchen extractor. Bathroom door hinges loud and door hit floor when half open.

Overall: Location was good for our purposes. Dinner and breakfast were fine. Staff were good and attentive. Room needed sound=proofing and some basic maintenance. If I need to stay in that area again I would probably use again.  (107454071)

Typical country hotel, largely catering for huntsmen and friends shooting boar and deer. Service is good and cleanliness excellent.

None really. Some UK visitors might find the lack of English a problem. No coffee or tea making facilities in room, if that is a minus.

The waiter at the hotel was very friendly even though he did not speak much English and we spoke even less French.

Easy to find, room pleasant and food good. Lovely little town to wander around after dinner.

Not possible to check in until after 4pm. We and several other guests had to wander about for a while before we could check in.
