Staff at reception were so very helpful. I made a mistake in my on line booking and when I realised the combination of Active Hotel and hotel staff were superb, businesslike and efficient

booking process

The staff is not helpful especially couple of guys at the main reception area. Also when asked for some information, they provided us with information which was totally incorrect wasting the whole day of hours as we need to travel two (hours) back and forth just to find out the the Palace is not open during Mondays. As a general rule, I believe that the experience of mine along with my family is not very good.
