Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall: This was an overnight stop over for a long journey. It served that purpose well. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were keen to speak in French which we had no objection to as we were trying to improve our French.  (108439068)

Parking as I queried access for high vehicle by e-mail before setting out and did not receive a reply.

Overall: Excellent location, good breakfast [continental not buffet as half the price] lots of lovely resaturants close by as the Bristol Cafe is closed on a Monday.  (107812090)

Spacious room, ready parking facilities due to underground municipal car park outside, good restaurant, quaint lift

Some modernisation required in the bathroom suite, limited tea/coffee facilities in room

Overall: As an overnight stay for a cross country journey was well sited and easy to manage whilst travelling with a young family  (107347626)

location to car park,

a bit difficult to find, lack of amenities - resturant closed and no international channels on TV, tiny tiny bath! Hotel was in need of decoration
