Location, quiet room, price, free wifi

Terrible shower that flooded the bathroom and some of the bedroom

Very clean rooms, staff very friendly,professional and customer oriented (special thanks to Monsieur Hugo).

I was a little dissapointed with the breakfast the hotel offersbut maybe I am seeing it from an american point of view. Taking in consideration that some other establishments around that area serve the same type of breakfast, then it seems like a fair deal.

Close to the train station. Staff spoke English better than we spoke French.

The lift was too small. Only five TV channels.

Overall: We regard a hotel room as only a place to stay while we do other things. This fit the bill. Not fancy, not roomy, but clean and sufficient. The best thing about our stay was the free WEP secured wireless Internet available. This allowed us to keep in contact with friends and relatives while we visited Paris. It is too bad the hotels we used in Germany were not so accommodating. If you travel by rail in Europe this hotel is close to Gare du Nord. A great starting point to visit many of the attractions of Paris.  (99048353)
