Lovely view from the sixth floor. Friendly and helpful staff.

There was probably a renovation going on on the floor underneath ours, because we could feel the vibrations and hear that the ventilationmachines were on. Would have liked to have been informed about it before booking a room.

Bon emplacement sur ligne Tramway- très bon accueil - petit déjeuner

mauvais matelas - miroir salle de bains inaccessible- pour basketeur uniquement!

Belle réception

Les chambres ne correspondaient aucunement aux photos mises sur le site de l'hôtel... Chambre 65: vétuste, sale, rideaux déchirés et noircis par le tabac (probablement pas lavés depuis 5 ans!!). Odeur de tabac plus qu'incommodante, marques de brûlures sur le mobilier, trous dus aux cigarettes sur le couvre-lit, tapisseries sales, moisissures dans la douche, rideaux de douche peu pratique car la salle de bain fût inondée après une douche. Système de fermeture d'un des stores cassé. Le couloir... moquettes sales, fils électriques non fixés, trou au plafond juste au-dessus de la porte de la chambre. Chambre 36: Chambre ayant été rénovée, mais je dirais, non finie... Prises électriques mal fixées au mur... pas de rideaux aux fenêtres, salle de bain vétuste: moisissures dans la douche, rideaux de douche moisi et la cerise sur le gâteau, la chasse d'eau des toilettes ne fonctionnait pas et l'eau des toilettes a coulé toute la durée du séjour... et bien que la réception en ait été avertie, nous promettant d'envoyer quelqu'un pour s'occuper du problème, rien n'a été fait.... Hôtel très bruyant que cela provienne de l'extérieur ou des autres chambres...

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
