The air conditioner: you need a Users Guide to make it work, and there was none! Too must street noise July 14 in room #51. Moved to room #54. No All Bran in the selection of breakfast cereals.

Overall: The hotel was not easy to find, largely because of the road layout in Strasburg, but was well situated and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was the breakfast, which was mediocre. A buffet was promised, but this consisted of rolls and jam, augmented by cereals and cheese. The bread was fresh but the coffee was weak and poor. No eggs were on the buffet, despite being pictured. (99639868)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?
48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
