The room was clean
Though clean and ironed the cover on the bed and also the pillow smelled of smook. Very crampy room.

Overall: We arrived at 14,00 and the reception was closed until 17,00. The automatic computer check in was not recognizing our booking number. Therefore we could check in only after the reception opened. (107339915)

The hotel was terrible & unclean we ended up not staying in it & booked another hotel however your company dealt with our complaint & have been very helpful to us & we are being refunded for it however the staff @ the hotel were completely rude & unhelpful
Overall: I do feel that the website made it sound like this hotel was very close to disney which it wasn't it also made it sound like we had found ourselves a good hotel @ a good price when in actual fact we were given a disgusting hotel with extremely rude staff when you see the hotel the price wasn't good @ all for what you get (97124552)

the room is being cleaned and tidy everyday
the accomodation is quite far from central paris,CHARLES DE GAULLE AIRPORT, and disneyland park.Which they said in the hotel discription as only 10 mins. from the airport and 15 mins from central paris which are not true but maybe it is not bad if travelling with your own vehicle.taxi fare from airport to the hotel cost us a fortune,buses only runs every 45 mins.to 1 hour only and none during sunday from the hotel to the town centre of Chelles which is ridiculous.hotel receptionist doesnot speak English at all which is not very helpful for us non native speaker of french.
