Ease of access, just off the auroroute between paris & marne la valle chessy.
Secure car parking. Friendly staff at the breakfast.
Sqeeky doors.We had a 3 month old baby. This noise was annoying !!
The triple bed room on the 2nd floor was OK, but the bath in the 3rd floor triple room was bad.
Overall: The first visit (2 day stay was satisfactory, whereas the second one, when we stayed on the 3rd floor, was not upto our liking)
Was pleasantly suprised with the WiFi, although it was not mentioned on the website.
For the price, its worth it, just for sleeping over at the hotel. However with a little effort put into to polish the place, would attract more people.

Noisy, vending facilites out of order or empty
Overall: Noisy guests were not challenged despite noisy continuing all night, vending machines in reception out of order or empty, bed uncomfortable, bathroom not restocked with toilet roll
