Rooms very comfortable

Lighting was poor

Clean, crisp sheets

Soap dispenser not working - the soap had been left out of the dispenser in its package. Room stank of stale tabacco.

Excellent staff. Good English spoken. Very attentive. Room clean and tidy

Badly fitting door. Lot of noice early in the morning (6.00am)

Overall: Overall good but although in a city neighbouring cockrel was a pain as was the nice of a group oof youngsters who appeared to be staying and made a great deal of noise getting ready to leave early in the morning (it went on for about 1/2 hour)  (97155580)

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
