Clean.

Rooms on 4th floor cannot get hot water for washing for half an hour first thing in the morning. The management and staff know this but say nothing to guests unless they complain and then do not apologize but merely say, "The boiler's in the basement and too expensive to move. You'll just have to keep running the taps till eventually hot water makes it up the 4th Floor." TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!

Price. Convenience of Location

Very poor condition of room, broken items including bathroom divider, vents , light fitting. Lack of electrical sockets. Not enough lighting. The fact that the bathroom was divided by only a (broken) folding door.Cigarette burns all over the bathroom basins.

the sheets were clean, the shower worked fine.

the booking in process was awful. we asked for lots of help and the woman in charge was very helpful, thank god we found her or we would still be trying to access our booking on the touch screen book in service.

En arrivant à l'hôtel à 21h20 min, j'ai passé 40 min devant la porte car l'automate ne pouvez pas reconnaitre ni mon N° de réservation, ni mon nom, ni ma carte bancaire. Heureusement, il y avais des chambres libres et je était obligée de la régler sur place. Le matin le propriétaire de l'hôtel a vérifié toutes les réservations et elle n'a pas trouvé la mienne. Elle a dit que la réservation de la part de activehotels.com à mon nom est absent et N° de réservation que vous avez me envoyé par internet n'a rien avoir avec N° de réservation de l'hôtel.
