good value for money; free parking

as would be expected for this low budget hotel the room is very small and bathroom even smaller; location was also a bit of an issue - it is right next to a railway line; very noisy!

Overall: This hotel does provide good value for money and if one only wants a place to "crash out" for a night or two then there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place. The room is very small though and nowhere to put any clothes etc, so would definitely not be suitable for a longer stay.  (108676539)

Good value for the money

Check in man had no clue what he was doing. Also, towels supplied were way too small for adults. Some info on where to eat locally would help.

easy to find, convenient location, easy to book, cheap, helpful receptionist

room needed decorating, main light switch did not work, position of TV bracket caused guests to bang head when using desk/dressing table

Ease of access and parking facilities. Good selection and quantity of food and drink at breakfast. Towels seemed to have been changed daily but not really necessary. Staff friendly and helpful. Vouchers to have 10% discount from the Campanile group restaurant.

No soap or plug at the wash-hand basin. Light beside the television falling off the wall. Room badly needs a coat of paint and a thorough clean - possibly replacing the flooring, some of the pillows, and the bedcovers which are becoming shabby with constant use. No access to vending machine for drinks after 10 pm and no facilities to keep drinks cool in the room.

Overall: Fine for an overnight stop or just a few days.  (107122478)
