Bar staff very helpful food good and came quickly. a star for the barman who was trained well.
restaurant staff need to be trained more. keep us waiting to be served .We had to go and ask to be served. Food and wine was too expensive and only just warm

Just top quality in all aspects
Overall: I thought the minute you enterthe hotel you are under control of the staff to make sure that you receive all requirements of your stay without delay or confusion. My Two evenings were spent in your restaurant of which both meals were very high quality. The rooms and the beds are very comfortable and equiped with all your requirements. On my deprture I needed to be at the Airport for a very early check in which was very well supported by your friendly staff. My only comment with any kind of negativity would be that these days I would expect free wireless internet to support the rest of your high quality service. (97985465)
