Friendly staff.. Great view from the 7th floor.
The room smelt of cheap cleaning products and needed airing.There was absolutley nothing in the room to give even a little suggestion of comfort
Overall: It was OK . Getting from the underground garage to reception was a hike with luggage though small doors. There was just nothing in the room to suggest anything but 'basic' . It did not we felt come up to the 150 euro/night price tag and we visit France a lot. 140 euros in Paris a few months ago bought us comfort!! (108867917)

The location was good and within walking distance of the Champagne Houses, Bars and Restaurants. The secure parking was also good.
The receptionist was unfriendly, the hotel was overpriced and the best sheets were dirty when we arrived.
Overall: When we arrived on Saturday 24th May the receptionist hardly spoke to me during check in and was very unfriendly. When we got to our room we realised it was a smoking room but we had requested a non-smoking room. When I asked the receptionist if we could change, she grunted at me and told me that a smoking room was all that was available. I understood that a non-smoking room was not guaranteed but the manner in which the receptionist spoke to me was very rude. Then when we began to settle into out room we realised that there were stains all over the bed sheets. We have to request for these to be changed and this was done quickly, however we began to immediately question the hygiene standards of the hotel. Also, when we booked the hotel it stated that there were parking facilities - however it would have been good to know that this would be at an additional cost. It cost us a considerable amount of money for our 2 night stay and I was deeply disappointed as we did not receive value for money. The staff were unfriendly and our room was unclean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. (97380974)

Lack of good service at the bar. Lack of additional cleaning due to the roadworks. Lots of mud through hotel lobby and corridors.

Very handy for shops ,dining, town centre etc. Very easy to find and easy access to the motorway.
Major road construction outside the hotel which led to difficult immediate access
