Overall: Its perfect to stay close to the beach, and so central to the centre of the city for a relatively low price. But there's absolutely no luxury to expect. Yet it worked fine for us for 4 nights. Next time in Nice we will consider to rent an apartment. Its too expensive to drink and eat every meal on the cafees and restaurants. (107856631)  2.0 / 5

Overall: Hotel was a place to sleep, room reasonably quiet, otherwise out all day enjoying the delights of Nice For good-value-eating try the Vietnamese restaurant near corner of Rue Buffa and Myerbeer, 5 mins walk from hotel (107926034)  4.0 / 5

It's only 2 minutes walk from the beach :-)
Very friendly and helpfull receptionists
Air condition was very efficient
Too little space for clothes and things. The room got messy in 5 minutes.
A littel fridge would have made a huge difference. And it would have been great with the possibility to make a Nescafe - why not put at boiling can in the "breakfast room" at 1. floor, that everybody can use.
