The staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. We were able to leave our suitcases in their office / reception area after check out. The area feels very staff with a good local supermarket at the end of the street which opens until 9pm Mon - Saturday. It is easy to walk everywhere in Lille, the apartment is approximately 10 minutes from the Grand Place.
We wished there had been a greater choice of cooking utensils in the flat, a chopping knife and casserole pot would have been nice. The lift did not work for 1 day of our stay but was quickly fixed. There were repairs to the tiles in the corridors taking place.
Overall: Very enjoyable. Larger than average rooms (we had a 2 bedroom apartment)and very welcoming staff. (108716842)

Heating unreliable, hot water unreliable, breakfast expensive, room did not seem particularly good value for money, room was a bit 'spartan'!

Good value for money. We had booked studio room which then was unavailable on arrival but were given two double rooms at no extra cost. Kitchenettes a good extra touch. Excellent location for city centre. Had our own key to main entrance so could come in when we wanted.
A little cold during the night.Showers a bit small, caught arm on hot tap a few times, no good for large people.(we are small!)

Clean, central and quiet location, warm rooms, breakfasts good. Not one complaint from my group of x23. Female receptionist and Manager very helpful.
Check in was just a little haphazard for group. But overall not bad. One reception staff rather grumpy.

secure underground parking
no hot water despite advising front desk who visited the room but couldnt fix it,so were offered key to another room for showering,which completely marred our view of the hotel.
