Great location with large, clean rooms. Restaurant adjacent. Very peaceful with attractive grounds and nice bar.
Breakfast adequate and reasonable value. Staff very friendly.
Staff had a limited understanding of English language - not a problem though. Parking limited when restaurant is open.

Difficult to find. Charged extra for single bed in room, when twin had been requested. Surly staff and long wait for food - over 1 hour.

Overall: The hotel is in a quiet location but only 10 minutes walk into the town. Rooms are rustic but comfortable and adequately equipped. Staff were very helpful throughout and spoke English when my French failed at times! Restaurant staff particularly helpful and stayed open late for us when one of our party was delayed.
