Online booking process quick, easy and efficient
Hotel in a very bad area, no lift to lobby so difficult to carry heavy suitcases, receptionist rude, hotel room looked NOTHING like it's photographs on the Internet, shabby finishes, bathroom light not working, receptionist in the morning did not order us a taxi as requested, only after repeated requests
Overall: I would strongly deter anyone who can afford a 2 or 3 star hotel in France from staying at this seedy spot. It did not leave a good memory of Marseille for us at all. (107228821)
Hotel in very good location just a few minutes walk to the harbour and restaurants. It was very nice to have a balcony for the evenings. Free internet access in the reception and very friendly staff.
Could do with a hair dryer in the room.
