Good sized room and bathroom. Children loved the bunks and the fact they had their own tv. Wide selection of food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner Lots to keep the kids occupied and the toodle friendly pool is a bonus! Staff helpful and friendly Shuttle bus was fast and efficient.

Overall: Kids loved the circus theme. Plenty of parking available on site.  (108166917)

Great location for Disneyland / Paris with free bus running to the parks and train station frequently. Room was of a good standard and bed was v comfortable. Although breakfast was chaotic, it was no different from any other family hotel in season and the selection on offer was very good.

Very expensive for any 'extras' such as room service and facilities within hotel (4 euros for a game of pool!). This is not unusual within a hotel of this standard though. What is unusual and I have never encountered is having to pay extra (6 euros) to have tea and coffee sachets refilled in the room after the first night! We thought this was an oversight, but after enquiring at reception, I was told we would have to ring room service and then pay the 6 euros for a top up. It wouldn't stop me staying here again, but we found this very odd!

Overall: Highly recommended for a few nights (unless you are a tea / coffee fan - see bad points!). This is on the actual Disney resort and therefore ideal for the parks. Looking at the other hotels at the resort this compares very well. Staff were friendly and room was of good standard.  (107523660)

good location to Disneyland and roads into Paris

Poor facilities in the room : no fridge, warming facilities for childrens milk/ baby food non-existent. Bathroom fixtures were poor - towel rail loose and shower head would not stay on the shower hook. Hotel was going through refurbishment which was not made clear when booking and therefore dining facilities were poor and quality of buffet was poor.

Overall: Dissapointed with the hotel stay. Staff were not entirely helpful, the facilites for a family with young children were non-existent (no fridge/ bottle or food warming facilites in the family room) had to go down to the bar to warm things in an old microwave oven, no porter assistance and lack of trolleys to help with luggage etc, no concierge or similar to advise on things to do in and around Paris other than a carousel with basic pamphlets. Limited facilites to keep Children entertained, a few pool tables and arcade type slot machines. Poor buffet facility with less than appealing selection of food and unhelpful staff.  (107417680)

A good location very close to all the Disneyland parks.

The poor quality and choice of food which was more expensive than the Disney hotel.

Why do we publish ratings from Active Hotels?

Our rating system is designed to give you the confidence to find and book the hotel that best suits your needs. We've worked hard to create a fair and impartial process to collect our ratings so you can always be assured of a great hotel experience.

How do I add a rating?

Unlike other sites that offer ratings, our rating process is by invitation only. This ensures that 100% of the ratings you see on our site come from guests that have booked online with us and stayed at the hotel in question.

All our ratings are created by guests who have booked through Active Hotels (or its sister sites) and completed their stay over the last year. We don't edit, alter or adjust the ratings so you can be sure of unbiased opinions.

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
