there was a lift

shower head was broken. toilet paper holder was broken towels were very small room was small

excellent location within 10 mins walk of Gare du Nord, very close to metro station, clean room, coded safe in the room, very friendly and helpful staff

room a little small but not really an issue for us

The hotel was situated close to a metro station. The staff treated me with exceptional warmth and helpfulness. The neighborhood is close to both major train stations of northern Paris. The room felt comfortable and was clean. The breakfast was also very worthwhile. The shower and bath functioned without problems, and was clean. I got my requested wake-up call on time.

Nothing really disappointed me.

Overall: Excellent value and comfort for a budget, and exceptionally warm and helpful staff.  (108327951)

How do you manage to collect so many ratings?

48 hours after departure from your accommodation booked through Active Hotels or any of our sister sites, you may be invited to complete a guest review questionnaire. This means that, for most hotels, we're able to post more than 1 guest rating every single week. We currently display over 70,000 ratings and we add hundreds of scores from real guests every day.
